HOW TO ORDER

1.) Choose the material you want for your wall.

2.) We always recommend that you ask for a sample of the material so that you can see the color and test the adhesion to your wall.

3.) Select the height of your wall (if you are between two measurements, always round up to the nearest 50 cm increment).

4.) Enter the number of panels you need to cover the width of your wall.

5.) Update the suggested number of panels and click "ADD TO CART".

6.) At the end of the purchase, check that your cart updates the height and quantity of panels needed for your project.

    To ensure optimal adhesion of our wallpapers, murals and stickers, it is essential to start with proper surface preparation.

    Surface preparation: For freshly painted surfaces, a 30-day curing period is recommended to ensure the paint is completely dry. Our self-adhesive products are designed for smooth, flat surfaces; therefore, we advise against applying them to textured walls, as this could affect the final result and durability.

    Wall cleaning: Ensure the wall is clean and dry. Use only water to wash it or a 1:1 mixture of alcohol and water, and wait 24 hours before installation.

    Organize your panels: Before you begin, lay out all the pieces to confirm you have everything and understand how they fit together. This is especially helpful for placing tapestries and murals in the correct sequence.

    Production: Once your order is placed, production requires 2 to 10 business days to create your custom home decor product.

    Shipping: Packages are shipped daily. You will receive your tracking numbers upon shipment.

    Note: Tracking is not provided for individual samples.

    All Cahuackan orders are carefully printed and shipped from Monterrey, Nuevo León.

    Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal service.
